结直肠癌中CDX2的表达及其与浸润转移的关系

摘要 目的研究CDX2在结直肠癌中的表达及其与浸润转移的关系。方法收集65例结直肠癌及其配对的癌旁正常组织标本,采用免疫组化SP法检测标本中CDX2蛋白的表达。结果CDX2蛋白在58例(89.2)结直肠癌组织表达阳性,64例(98.5)正常组织表达阳性,差异有显著性(P<0.05);CDX2的表达与肿瘤的分化程度、Dukes分期、有无淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤的部位无相关性(P>0.05)。结论CDX2的异常表达可能在结直肠癌的发生发展、浸润转移中起着重要作用,检测结直肠癌中CDX2的表达对结直肠癌病理特征的分析及判断患者的预后有一定的意义。
