摘要
建立老年健康评估和老年健康保险体系是维系老年健康的两种重要措施。老年健康评估体系的建立,有利于提高老年家庭对老年疾病风险的预测能力,提高社区对老年人的健康管理水平,提高医院对老年疾病的诊治、康复和护理水平;而完善的老年健康保险制度是实现人人享有基本医疗、消除老年歧视、实现老年医疗保健服务连续性的基本保证。在我国应大力推广"健康评估+健康保险+健康管理"的服务模式。
The two important measures of keeping the old people healthy are to establish the assessment system and health security system for the elderly. The establishment of the assessment system for the elderly is to promote the ability of the family to predict the risk of geriatric diseases, and to enhance the level of the senile health management and the hospital＇s level of treatment, recovery and nursing for the geriatric diseases;the consummate system of health security for the elderly is the basic guarantee for providing the basic medical treatment for everybody, eliminating the discrimination against the elderly, keeping the continuity of the senile medical health care service for the elderly. In our country, it is necessary to devote major efforts to extend the sen, ice mode of ＂health assessment ＋ health insurance ＋ health management＂.
