摘要
提高医学生创新能力是现代社会发展的要求,是素质教育的核心,创新人才培养也是我国高校的责任和义务,作为医学精英教育的八年制医学教育,更应注重创新能力的培养。南方医科大学以"八年一贯,整体优化,强化基础,注重临床,培养能力,提高素质"为办学原则,通过多方面构建学生科研创新能力训练平台,推进素质教育,积极加强八年制医学生创新意识、创新能力的培养。
To cultivate innovative talented man is the duty and obligation of an institution of higher learning. It is more important for eight-year medical education to focus on the cultivation of innovative abilities as medical talent education. Southern Medical University has taken positive measures to enhance the innovative abilities of the eight-year medical students by constructing training platform of scientific research and innovative competence for the student in many fields.
