摘要
本文介绍了上实南洋广场的结构转换层设计，比较了梁式转换与桁架式转换的优缺点，提出了转换层以上结构刚度的加强方法，并建议对高含钢率的重要结构构件宜采用劲性配筋方案。
In this paper we mainly introduce the structural design of transform construction of Shanghai Nanyang Grand Hotel. We also compare the scheme transform beam with the tansform veirendeel truss and put forward a way to strengthen the stiffness above the transform construction and suggest composite girder for highly reinforced element.
