摘要
目的探讨外伤性迟发性颅内血肿的发病机理及CT诊断价值。方法回顾性分析56例DTICH的CT表现,重点研讨DTICH的CT影像学特征及其产生的病理基础。结果本组病例外伤性迟发性颅内血肿主要以脑内血肿、硬膜下血肿、硬膜外血肿多见,伤后24～72h内原有血肿增大或于新部位出现血肿占73.2%(41/56),此阶段是排除迟发性血肿的最佳时间。结论对颅脑损伤患者严密观察病情并CT动态检查可确诊DTICH,CT随访对于患者疗效观察、预后评估及选择治疗方案具有重要价值。
Objective To discuss the cause of delayed traumatic intracranial hematoma（DTICH） and the value of CT Diagnosis. Methods According to the 56 CT phenomena of DTICH,we mainly study the image features and the pathologic basis. Results The intracerebral hematoma,subdura hematoma,epidural hematoma,are the main symptoms of the cases with DTICH in the selected samples. The original hematoma enlarges or a new hematoma appears within 24-72 hours after injury,the rate is up to 73.2%. DTICH occurs most frequently during this time. Conclusion According to the observation to the patients with craniocerebal injury and the CT dynamic examination,we can diagnose DTICH definitely. For the oberservation of patients＇ curative effects, prognosis evaluation and the selection of a cure project, the next several investigations of the patients with DTICH has an important value.
