摘要
目的为防止腹部手术后留置尿管再度出现尿潴留,选择最佳留置尿管拔除时间和方法。方法将102例病人采用双盲法,随机分为三组,常规组(38例)、实验A组(36例)、实验B组(28例)。根据拔管后再次发生尿潴留的情况,比较三种方法的拔管时间和方法。结果膀胱冲洗后拔管效果明显优于完成当日液量后和输液过程中随即拔管,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论膀胱冲洗后拔管可有效防止尿潴留的再次发生,并缩短排尿时间。
Objective To choose the best time and method of removing staying urine tube. Methods 102 patients were divided into three groups freely. Regular group （38 cases）, experiment group A （36 cases）, experiment group B （28 cases）. According tourine retention after removing urine tube. The time and methods about removing tube were compared. Results The method that bladder was washed away to remove urine tube was better than the method that was given liquid transfusion.There were some obvious differences （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Extubation after bladder washing can prevent from urine retention and shorten the time of urination.
