摘要
目的探讨口腔医学专业学生早期临床预见习的作用和效果。方法利用暑假组织一年级至三年级的学生到口腔医院或临床医院的口腔门诊预见习,在教师指导下进行常见病、多发病的病史采集、体格检查、口腔专科检查、病历书写以及简单的或无创伤性的临床操作。结果学生通过预见习初步了解了一般的诊疗流程和诊疗常规,学习了口腔常见病、多发病的临床表现,进一步了解了自己所学的专业,提高了学习兴趣和积极性,培养了临床实践能力,提高了学习效果。结论口腔医学专业学生早期临床预见习有助于提高专业学习的兴趣和积极性,是培养实践能力以及综合素质的有效途径之一。
Objective To explore the effect of early clinical fore-noviciate in stomatological education. Method The students from freshmen to juniors were organized to stomatological out-patient clinic for fore-novitiate in summer holiday. They performed history taking, physical examination, professional stomatologieal examination, medical record writing, simple or harmless clinical operations of common diseases and frequently encountered diseases under the guidance of their teachers. Results The students primarily learned about the course of making diagnosis and giving treatments, rules of medical organizations, clinical manifestation of common diseases and frequently encountered diseases in stomatology. Through fore-noviciate they learned more about their specialty. Their interests and enthusiasm of study were enhanced, clinical skills were exercised, and study effects were improved. Conclusions Through early clinical fore-noviciate the students can enhance their interests and enthusiasm of study. It is one of the effective ways to cultivate students' practical ability and comprehensive quality.
