摘要
目的:研究高位脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)后患者血压,心率的变化。方法:将临床25例高位SCI患者作为试验组,25例其他部位SCI患者作为对照组,入院后1周内,持续心电监护,每2h测血压、心率1次,血压及心率平稳后改每4h测1次,分别取7d中血压、心率最低状态时连续3d的平均值作为统计参数。结果:试验组出现低血压和心动过缓病例较对照组明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:高位SCI后可引起植物神经系统功能障碍,常发生心血管功能紊乱,临床表现为低血压,心动过缓。
Objective To investigate the changes of the blood pressure and heart rate after high level injury of spinal cord. Methods 25 cases with high level spinal cord injury were selected as the study group and 25 cases with spinal cord injury in other part of spinal cord were choosed as control group,, within one week of hospitalization, persist warding the electrocardiogram, the blood pressure and heart rate were monitored every two hours. The mean value of the lowest data of three consecutive days was were choosed as statistic data. Results The occurrence of hypotension and bradycardia of study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion High level spinal cord injury contribute to disturbance of autonomic nervous system. Dysfunction of cardiovascular system usually occurs main clinical presentations are hypotension and bradycardia.
