摘要
到2006年我国已连续12年成为全球遭受反倾销调查最多的国家。长期以来政府和用人单位对劳动者特别是农民工劳动报酬权保护的缺失是引起反倾销调查的一大原因。为此,政府和用人单位都要改变意识,特别是政府机关要加强执法力度,切实保障农民工的劳动报酬权。
In 2006, China became the country which had come under the most antidumping investigations for 12 years in the world. For a long time, the main cause of antidumping investigations is that migrant workers＇ right to labor rewards is short of protection from the government and employing units. Therefore, the government and employing units should change their concept, strengthen the implementation of law so as to protect migrant workers＇ right to labor rewards.
