摘要
自工会"十四大"之后,农民工组织建设受到人们的重视,主要关注的是农民工加入工会的问题。农民工尽管已有自己的正式组织——工会,但非正式组织仍是主体。要加强农民工的组织建设,必须认识非正式组织的特征、形成条件、功能及组织管理政策。
Since the 14th National Congress of the Chinese Trade Unions, organizations of migrant workers have gained more attention, especially trade unions of migrant workers. Although migrant workers have their formal organization, trade union, but informal organizations are also the main part. In order to promote organizational construction of migrant workers, we must research on characteristics, conditions, functions and management policies of the informal organizations.
