80例下颌骨节段性缺损修复的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨下颌骨节段性缺损的原因和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析80例患者的临床资料。结果80例患者中肿瘤是导致缺损的主要原因,采用4种修复方法:多数恶性肿瘤采用单纯软组织瓣修复和直接关创或单纯钛板修复;各类良性肿瘤、囊肿及放射性骨坏死采用钛板+游离髂骨及血管化腓骨修复。结论4种修复方法各有利弊,个体化修复是今后发展的方向。
