摘要
圆柱型螺线管爆磁压缩发生器(HEMCG)的设计中,提高装置的电流和能量放大倍数是重要的一环,为处理好这一环节,采用理论分析、电路仿真、实验研究了提高装置效率的方法。通过分析在相同初始能源条件下,间接馈电和直接馈电对装置效率的不同影响,得出了馈电方式选择的依据;按照线圈电感的选取原则,在实验室原输出100 kA装置的基础上提出了改进型HEMCG设计。模拟计算和初步实验表明,改进型HEMCG能在4μH的电感性负载上产生约138 kA脉冲电流及>38 kJ的能量,在12μs电流上升时间内电流放大14.2倍,能量放大14.4倍。
The amplification ratios of energy and current are important factors on the design of helical explosively- driven magnetic flux compression generators (HEMCG). This paper studies the way to enhance the amplification ratios according to theoretic analysis, circuit simulation and experimentation,analyzes the difference of the device ef- fieiencies between direct feeding and indirect feeding modes under the same original conditions, and then derives the criterion of feeding mode choice. Meanwhile, the design principles of the inductance of the HEMCG coil are also given. Then a modified HEMCG is designed and manufactured. The circuit simulation and primary experimental results show that the modified HEMCG can output about 139 kA pulsed current and more than 38 kJ energy on 4 μH inductive load with a current risetime of 12 μs. The amplification ratio of current is 14, 2 and the amplification ratio of energy is 14.4.
