摘要
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,畜产品在人们的日常生活中占有越来越重要的地位,目前我国对畜产品质量安全的监管还很不到位。文章总结了我国畜产品安全监管的现状,并介绍了国外畜产品安全监管的现状,通过比较找出我国监管的不足,从而进一步加强我国对畜产品质量安全的监管。
With the development of economy and progress of society, animal products in people＇s daily life are more and more important. At present, the monitoring of China＇s animal product quality and safety is still out of the place. This paper summarizes the status quo of China＇s monitoring animal products safety,and introduces foreign countries＇ status quo of monitoring animal products safety. Through comparison, the shortcomings of China＇s monitoring animal products can be found out so that the quality and safety of animal products in China will be further stengthened.
