摘要
剖析了传统的热壁减压转油线存在的低速段水平直管热位移量大,对减压蒸馏塔和支架的推力大以及硫腐蚀严重等问题,详细介绍了冷壁减压转油线技术的开发及其在常减压蒸馏装置上的成功应用。
Problems of conventional hot-wall vacuum transfer line such as large hot displacement in low-velocitypart of horizontal pipe,strong thrust to both vacuum distillation tower and support as well as serious sulfur corrosionetc. were analyzed. Development of the cold-wall vacuum transfer line technology and its successful application in anatmospheric vacuum distillation unit were introduced in detail.
