形状记忆合金环抱器治疗髋关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折 被引量：1

摘要 随着老年平均寿命延长，人工髋关节假体的研究发展及人工髋关节置换术增多。人工髋关节术后股骨假体周围骨折发生率逐渐增加。股骨假体周围骨折的处理较为困难，并被认为是髋关节置换术后的一个重要并发症。自2001．3～2007．5，笔者共收治髋关节置换术后股骨假体周围骨折9例，采用切肝复位形状记忆合金环抱器内固定的方法治疗取得较好结果。现报告如下：
