摘要
本文对气升式外循环淤浆反应器中固体分布进行了研究。采用丝网过滤,催化剂留于反应器上升管中。结果表明,循环液速和空塔气速对固体分布有显著影响,并可实现固体均匀分布。
The concentration profile of solids in airlift external loop slurry reactors was experimently de- termined.By using a screen filter,the catalyst was kept in the upflow column of the reactor.it was realized that the circulating liquid velocity and the superfieal gas velocity have remarkable effects on the concentration profile of solids.Under proper operating conditions,a uniform concentration pro- file of solids in the reactor can be achieved.
