变径鼓泡浆液反应器的气含率特性 被引量:3

ON THE GAS HOLDUP CHARACTERISTICS IN A CONE-SHAPED BUBBLE COLUMN SLURRY REACTOR

摘要 本文研究了变径鼓泡浆液反应器的平均气含率特性,考察了气体速度、静液床高、固体颗粒浓度以及颗粒直径的影响,并提出了变径鼓泡浆液反应器平均气含率的计算方法。 In this paper,the effects of gas velocity,static liquid height,concentration and diameter of sol- id particles on gas holdup were investigated with a cone-shaped bubble column slurry reactor (BCSR).The experimental results showed that the gas holdup in the BCSR is much lower than that in a common BCSR under the condition of the same inlet gas velocity.Effects of solid particles and static liquid height are essencially similar for both BCSR.The correlation of the average gas holdup for a cone-shaped BCSR was given by
