摘要
本文针对钢铁行业中鼓风带冷机普遍存在的漏风、扬尘严重、烧结矿冷却不下来以及烧皮带等现象,从设计与生产管理两方面分别阐述了如何提高鼓风带冷机的冷却效率,并探讨了台车表面布风不均的问题。
It is known,that leakage,dusting,failure in cooling sinters and belt scorching are common accidents in operation of blast belt cooler.This paper deals with the way to improve the cooling efficiency of the blast belt cooler in respect of cooler design and production management.The problem of uneven air distribution on bogie surface is also discussed.
