STUDY ON PRESSURE DROP OF FAST FLUIDIZED BEDS

摘要 本文介绍了在两个不同床径的快速流化床上,用5种固体物料所进行的床层轴向压降的实验工作。并用以前所进行的φ115快速床的压降关联式为基础,对三个不同床径的压降数据进行了多元拟线性回归,得出了一个比较好地预测压降值的经验关联式。式中包括气速、固体循环量、颗粒带出速度、固、气密度比和快速床的床径等参数。预测值和实验值的平均误差为15.7%,个别点大于±20%。 Experimental study on pressure drop was carried out in two fast fluidized beds with 31 mm and 186mm I.D.respectively using five kinds of particles:Fe-cat.(D_p 90 μm).FCC(d_p 62 μm)sand( d_p 202 μm)and silica-gel(d_p 167 μm and 384 μm). All of experimental results were correlated with previous work conducted by authors in a fast flu idized bed of 115 mm using silica-gel(d_p 220 μm,333 μm)and FCC(d_p 67 μm). From experimental results,the authors believe that the flow flux ratio of solid and gas,(G_s/(n)_fp_f) density ratio of solid and gas.(p_u/p_f),and bed diameter are the main parameters for determination of pressure drop of fast bed. Finally,in this paper,an empirical correlation was obtained from the data of three fast beds of 31mm,115mm and 186 mm I.D.as follows ■/((Lg)(p_(n)-p_s))=3.93((u_(1)/(u_f)^(0.22))((G_s)/(u_fp_f))^(1.10)((p_a)/(p_f))^(1.06)((D_t)/(d_p)^(0.047) The deviation of calculated results from experimental data is smaller than 15.7%.
