摘要
火电建设工程中,认真用标准与规范来约束各项工作,使各项工作处于受控状态,才能确保火电建设工程的顺利建设与投产,才能确保火电机组投产后的长期稳定、安全、经济地运行。文章就工程质量监检实践中发现的汽机专业范围内执行标准、规范方面的通病,进行原因与误点分析,并提出通病的预防措施建议,供在建工程与新开工工程相关人员参考。
To ensure successful construction and production of thermal power projects, as well as ensure long-term stable, safe, and economical unit operation, all the works during construction must be strictly bounded within the standards and criterions. Based on project quality supervision practices, the common problems arisen in executing turbine-related standards and criterions are analyzed. Preventive measures are also recommended, providing reference for projects that are in-progress or newly started.
