通过对我国刑事审判模式的改革，加强了对被告人权利的保护，同时体现了法官公正的地位，并且强化了诉讼民主的功能。
The reform of the mode of china's criminal trial and sentencement will strengthen theprotection of the defendant's rights,demonstrate the impartiality of the judge and consolidatethe function of the lawsuit democracy.
