摘要
介绍了钴靶件用锆合金管材研制中,不同成品道次变形量、成品退火温度和矫直过程对管材氢化物取向性能的影响。并通过采用合理的加工工艺,实现了产品氢化物取向的控制,生产出满足设计要求的锆合金管材。研究结果对其它规格核用锆合金管材生产有一定的借鉴意义。
Effects of different deformation of final rolling, the heat treatment temperature and the straightening process on the hydride orientation ratio of Zr-tube used for Co-target assembling were studied. The Zr-tubes satisfying the design standard were manufactured by adopting proper processing technique to control the hydride orientation ratio. The research result provides successful experiences for other zirconium or zirconium alloy tube production.
