摘要
通过对前期介入的实证研究和理论分析,提出前期介入不应该只停留在为后期的物业服务做前期准备的作用上,也不能局限在对房地产开发的补充和完善作用上,而应视为物业服务价值链的前向延伸,使其成为物业企业新的经营方式和盈利模式的战略性选择。
According to empirical research and theory analysis on the earlier period involvement, the paper put forward that the property enterprises should not limit in service of preparation for later period's property, or just be a supplement and perfection for real estate development. Property management should become extending of property service value chain, new business operation and the strategic choice of profit mode.
