摘要
以重庆市对实证对象,根据可比、实用与易得性,构建了我国房地产泡沫的一整套综合指标评价体系,运用比较法、趋势分析法对房地产泡沫的存在性进行分析判断,重点分析了综合泡沫度的测算方法。本文为我国房地产泡沫的预防与控制提供了理论基础。
According to rules of comparable, applied and getable, the paper set up a system of appraise indexes on real east bubble, including the choosing of index, criteria of indexes and measure of aggregated bubble. Furthermore, the paper demonstrates the bubble in Chongqing real estate. In all, the paper enriches theory of preventing and control on real estate bubbles.
