摘要
采用DEA方法,综合考虑建筑产业指标的意义和数据获得的可能性,并结合竞争力钻石理论构建评价指标体系。在此基础上对全国31个省域2002～2006年进行DEA有效性的评价,确定省域竞争力排序,同时通过投入多余量和产出不足量分析,找到造成竞争力低下的主要因素,为提高省域建筑产业的竞争力寻找途径。
By DEA, this paper constitutes an evaluation indexes system on the consideration of both the meaning and availability of the indexes of construction industry and the diamond theory of competitiveness. Then the DEA model is brought forward for evaluation of the effectiveness of each province from 2002 to 2006 and the ranking is also found. Finally, by calculating the slacks, the input and output key factors that affect the provincial competitiveness are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to find way for the improvement of the competitiveness of construction industry of Chinese provinces.
