大环四胺镍(Ⅱ)配合物催化羧酸酯的水解反应 被引量:1

Carboxyester Hydrolysis Catalyzed by Nickel(Ⅱ)Complex of Macrocyclic Quadriamine

摘要 根据以往文献合成和表征了一种大环四胺镍(Ⅱ)配合物NiR(R:2,3,9,10-四甲基-1,4,8,11-四氮杂环十四-1,3,8,10-四烯高氯酸),元素分析与以往文献一致.首次研究将该配合物作为模拟水解金属酶催化α-吡啶甲酸对硝基苯酚酯(PNPP)的水解反应.结果表明,配合物在催化PNPP水解中表现出良好的催化活性,且活性随体系pH值和温度的增大而增大.根据实验结果,提出了PNPP催化水解的反应机理,分析了PNPP催化水解增速的原因. Based on the literatures concerned, a transitional metal ion macrocyclic complex, NiR (R: 2, 3, 9, 10-quadrimethyl-1, 4, 8, 11 tetraaza-cyclotetradecane-1, 3, 8, 10-quadrialkene perchloric acid) is synthesized and characterized. Metal complex is, for the first time, used as mimetic metal hydrolytic enzyme for the hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl picolinate (PNPP). The results indicate that the metal complex shows high activity for the PNPP catalytic hydrolysis in the solution and the activity increases with the rising of pH and temperature of the systems. Based on the experimental results, the mechanism is proposed and the reason for speed increasing is analyzed for PNPP catalytic hydrolysis.
