摘要
在教学实践中,法律基础课教学和法律知识的学习常常被混淆,把两者区别开来的最重要的因素就是它们要实现的教学目的不同,法律基础课的教学目的在于增强大学生的法制观念和法律意识。在对两者的教学目的进行区分的基础上,探讨应如何实现法律基础课的教学目的。
In teaching practice, the teaching of basic law course and the learning of legal knowledge are always mixed together. The most important factor to distinguish between them is that the teaching aims to be realized are different and that of basic law course is to enhance legal system concept and legal consciousness. The article is to probe how to realize the teaching purpose of basic law course on the basis of distinguishing them.
