微机化差热-热重联用热分析仪配有微机程序温度控制单元和微机数据处理系统,有十多种软件。由CRT实时显示所采集的差热、热重、微商热重和样品温度四种参量的数据,并能打印和绘制出所需要的结果。只使用微量试样,即能获取该样品的焓变、活化能、玻璃化转变温度等。可用于药品鉴别,配方遴选,催化剂评价,纯度测定以及评价炸药的稳定性等。
A microcomputer-based DTA-TG thermal analyzer with temperature programming controller and data processing system is described. It has more than ten professional softwares. The data of DTA, TG, DTG, T and sample temperature can be displayed on CRT, and the required results can be printed and plotted. The enthalpy change, activation energy and glass transient temperature can be obtained with samples of only a few milligrams. The instrument can be used in pharmaceutical detection, formulation sieving, catalyst appreciation, purity determination as well as explosive stability appreciation.
