摘要
目的:研究Aurora-A在急性白血病骨髓细胞中的表达水平。方法:采用免疫组化法检测该酶在骨髓细胞中的水平。结果:30例急性髓系白血病(acute myelogenous leukemia,AML)及30例急性淋巴细胞白血病(acute lymphoblastic leukemia,ALL)患者同17例正常人(normal,N)骨髓细胞比较,Aurora-A激酶表达有显著性差异(χ2=43.313,P<0.01),在AML及ALL中表达率明显较正常人高。结论:Aurora-A激酶在急性白血病中呈高表达,因此它有望成为白血病治疗中的有效靶点及标志物。
Objective:To study the expression level of Aurora--A kinase in the acute leukemia bone marrow cell. Methods : The Aurora-- A kinase protein was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results : There were significant differences in Aurora--A kinase expression (P 〈 0.01) when the the acute leukemia marrow cells from 30 cases of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) and 30 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) were compared with normal bone marrow cells from 17 normals, with X^2= 43.313. The expression rate of Aurora-- A kinase in AML and ALL was higher than that in normal. Conclusion:Aurora--A kinase shows a high expression in acute leukemia marrow, and it might be adopted as a new marker and therapeutic target for acute leukemia.
