摘要
超细Fe3O4粒子(5~50nm)用化学共沉淀法制备,粒子的半径由FeSO4·7H2O和NaNO2的摩尔比来控制。通过磁性测试发现,居里温度Tc随粒径变小而降低,并且还发现,在高温下由于超细Fe3O4粒子团簇长大,对应Tc明显升高。粒子的居里温度Tc值由公式M~(1—T/Tc)^β确定。
The magnetite (Fe3O4) ultra-fine particles prepared by the Co-precipitation method. The size of particles, which ranged from 5-50nm, are controlled by the molar ratio of the reagents FeSO4 · 7H2O and NaNO2. Through the magnetic measurement and test it was found the temperature (Tc) decreased with the size of Fe3 O4 particles. From this point, it is considered that the Curie temperature can be controlled by varying the ultra-fine particles. And during the measurement and test, it was also found when the particles were heated at high temperature the particle size became so large that caused an apparent increase in the Curie temperature. The curie temperature is determined by the relationship : M- ( 1 - T/ Tc) ^β.
