摘要
提出了一种基于平衡变压器的单相变三相电源转换供电方式。该方式将单相输入交流电压通过变流器分出幅值相等、相位正交的另一相(β相)电压,与输入电压(α相)组成两相正交电压,经两相-三相平衡变压器转换为三相对称电压对三相负荷供电。提出了一种PWM整流器控制策略,在供给β相有功电流同时补偿α相的谐波电流,抑制当三相负荷为非线性时所产生的谐波电流,使总的输入电流具有高功率因数和良好的正弦波形。在向同一负载供电时,该方式比传统的单相变三相变流器用到的功率器件更少,承受的功率更小。仿真结果证明了该供电方式结构及其控制策略的正确性和可行性。
A power supply converter from single- phase to three- phase based on balance transformer is proposed,which generates β- phase voltage by phase- shift converter,which is orthogonal to α-phase(input) voltage with same amplitude,and then produces symmetric three-phase voltages for load by two- three phase balance transformer. A control strategy of PWM rectifier is given,which compensates α- phase harmonic current while supplies β- phase active current. It suppresses the harmonic current induced by nonlinear three- phase loads and makes the input single- phase current sinusoidal and the power factor higher. Compared with traditional single- three phase converter,the phase- shift converter needs less power devices and bears less power. Simulative result shows that the power supply structure and control strategy are correct and practical.
