摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术联合中药治疗盆腔脓肿的疗效、安全和可行性。方法总结27例盆腔脓肿患者的临床资料,通过观察患者病情,采取腹腔镜手术联合中药治疗的结果,评价其治疗盆腔脓肿的疗效、安全和可行性。结果27例患者经腹腔镜手术联合中药保留灌肠治疗,盆腔炎症状、体征缓解治愈,无一例发生并发症。结论腹腔镜手术联合中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔脓肿,患者创伤小,恢复快,疗效好,是安全可行的。
Objective Analyze the effect, safety and feasibility of laparoscopic surgery combined with Chinese drugs on pelvic abscess. Methods 27 cases of pelvic ab-scess who received different laparoscopic operations combined with Chinese drugs according to their respective conditions and the outcomes of the opera - tions were analyzed to study the feasibility and therapeutic effectiveness of laparoscopy. Results All patients showed re - mission of pelvic inflammation and physical sign. No complication occurred. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with Chinese drugs enema on pelvic abscess is feasible for its safety, minimal invision.
