摘要
对碱地风毛菊染色体数目及核型进行了研究．结果表明，其染色体数目为2n＝28,含有m与sm两种不同类型的染色体.
In this paper, the chromosome numbers and karyotype of Saussurea runcinata are studied. The result showed that the chromosome numbers are 2n = 28, and they comprised m and sin. The karyotype formula is 2n = 28 = 6m + 22sm.
