摘要
在pH＝6．5的条件下，用巯基羊毛吸附富集马奶酒中的微量锌，然后用pH为3．5的盐酸溶液洗脱下来，同干扰离子分离，以锌试剂显色进行光度测定．此法相对标准偏差为2．6％。
At pH = 6. 5, trace zinc in alcoholic drink from mare's milk was adsorbed and collected by mercaptowool, then eluted with diluted solution of hydrochloric acid (pH = 3. 5 ), separated from disturbing ions, and determined by using spectrophotometric method and coloring with the zinc reagent. The error for this method is 2. 6 percent. The result is satisfied.
