摘要
结合深层搅拌桩在武汉地区深基坑围护工程实例,介绍水泥土搅拌桩的桩型及施工参数的选取,施工工艺流程,施工中易出现桩偏位和成桩质量不高的问题及其处理措施。经过施工监测,监测对象的沉降量、位移量、渗漏情况均在设计允许范围内,深层搅拌桩作为止水帷幕未出现漏水、渗水现象,确保了基坑安全。
Deep mixed pile is applied in support project of deep foundation pit, Wuhan City, starting from a special case study, the choice of construction parameters for the type of cement deep mixed pile, technology processes, problems, including pile displacement and poor pile-forming quality, usually occuring in construction and their countermeasures are introduced in the paper. Based on monitoring, it is clear that the settlement, displacement and leakage of object are all in the allowing range. As the waterproof curtain, deep mixed pile ensures the safe of foundation pit without seepage and leakage.
