摘要
研究了由正戊醇与己酸用复合固体酸催化剂绿色催化合成己酸戊酯。其最佳酯化反应条件为:正戊醇/己酸物质的量之比为1.7/1.0,反应25min,催化剂用0.5g,催化剂可重复利用,且活性高、无腐蚀性、酯化产品收率99%。
The green catalytic synthesis of ancyl hexanoate from n-peatanol and hexanoic acid using composite solid acid catalyst was investigated. The opptimum reaction conditions were: the molar ratio of npentunol to hexanoic acid was 1.7:1.0, reaction time was 25 min, composite solid acid catalyst was 0.5 g. The catalyst can used repeatedly, had higher activity and no pollutiou. Under the best reaction conditions, its yield could reach to 99 %.
