摘要
建立了高效液相色谱测定柑橘及橘园土壤中乙撑硫脲残留的方法,优化了试验条件。方法在0 mg/L^5.35 mg/L范围内线性良好,橘园土壤、橘皮、橘肉样品的检出限(以鲜重计)分别为0.006 mg/kg、0.008 mg/kg、0.006 mg/kg,样品测定的RSD≤5.1%,加标回收率为82.9%~92.8%。
The method was established for determination of ethylenethiourea in citrus and soil of citrus garden. The test was optimized and good linear relations were obtained in range from 0 mg/L to 5.35 mg/L. The detection limits （ fresh Wgt. ） of soil, citrus pulp and citrus peel were 0. 006 mg/kg, 0. 008 mg/kg and 0. 006 mg/kg respectively. The RSDs of samples were ≤5.1% and recoveries from 82.9% to 92.8%.
