摘要
加入WTO的中国已成为最具成长性的并购市场,目前,关系国计民生的重要行业、高盈利行业、龙头企业已成为外资并购的主要对象。跨国公司以国内重要企业和行业为目标,采取整体布局、联合行动、分步到位等策略,加大了对我国国有企业并购的步伐。研究外资并购我国企业的特点、趋势,对于积极、稳妥、有序地推进外资并购具有非常重要的意义。
After joint into the WTO, China has become the most growing merger and acquisition market. Now the important professions,high profit professions and main item enterprises that relate with the national economy and the people＇s livelihood have become the main object of the foreign capital merger and acquisition. The multinational corporation take the important national enterprise and behavior as a goal,adopt the strategies such as overall layout,combined action,and divides step arriving, and strengthen the merger and acquisition step to our state- owned enterprise. Studying the characteristic and tendency of the foreign capital merger and acquisition to our country enterprises is very important for us to advance the foreign capital merger and acquisition positive, safely and orderly.
