摘要
本文给出了非奇H矩阵的充分条件及充分必要条件，改进了文[1]的相应结果．
This paper gives give equivalent representations of nonsingular H-matrices and two determinate conditions for nonsingular matrices,thus generalizing some corresponding results of [1].
