摘要
用糖精(Saccharin)和乙酰水杨酸(Aspirm,APS.)分别对维吾尔族青少年进行味盲基因频率的测定,结果表明:糖精味盲率为5.85%,隐性味盲基因频率为0.238%,x2检验p>0.05.维吾尔族群体中也存在乙酰水杨酸的酸味盲,味盲率为41.6%,隐性味盲基因频率为0.6400,x2检验p>0.05.在糖精与乙酰水杨酸测试中,男女性之间味盲无显著性差异(p<0.05).糖精的男女性尝味能力经t测无显著性差异,但APS测试中则有显著差异,经x2检验维吾尔族乙酰木杨酸的酸味盲率高于汉族p<0.05.
A survey of saccharin and aspirin blind rates was made amon feenagers of Ughur population at Tian shanDistrict in Ulumqi .The results showed that saccharin blindness 5. 85 % and its recessive gene frequency is 0.2389(x2 test p>0. 05),the aspirin blind rate is 41 % and its recessive gene frequency is 0. 6400(x2 test p>0.05 ). There is no difference of these two substance blindness between male and female aspirin in the population(p>0. 05). However,aspirin blindness in Ughur population is significant different from Han's (x2 test p<0.05).
