摘要
虽然连续过程是当代工业生产的一个发展趋势,间歇生产有其适应性强、投资少、改变品种规格不会造成原料浪费和成本上升等优点,在化学制品、橡胶和塑料、食品与饮料、医药、造纸、纺织、冶金等行业中仍大量采用。这种生产方式的缺点是产品质量不均匀、繁重的手工操作、自动化水平低。最近几年,基于微处理机的数控仪表迅速发展,不少间歇工厂采用可编程控制器,计算机和集散系统来控制,获得了明显的经济效益,使古老的间歇过程换发了青春。本文从分析化工间歇过程及其设备的特点出发,探讨在新形势下间歇控制策略。
Starting with analysis of the characteristics of batch chemical process and its equipments this paper explors the control strategies for process of this kind, and concludes two types of microcomputerDased control systems. The description methods of batch control and design procedures(particularly, the overall structure design of software)as well as formulation control in batch process are expounded, too.
