微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛研究现状

摘要 原发性三叉神经痛（Trigeminal neuralgia，TN）是一种临床常见的神经科疾患，主要表现为三叉神经分布区出现反复发作的阵发性剧痛。多于中年后起病，以单侧Ⅱ、Ⅲ支为主，据文献报道患病率可达10-182／10万人。近年来文献报道对原发性三叉神经痛的发病机制提出了多种学说，
