摘要
目的检测C3H/HeJ和C3H/SW小鼠感染肠出血性大肠杆菌(EHEC:O157)后肾细胞凋亡,并探讨thl4基因突变对肾细胞凋亡的影响。方法流式细胞术(FCM)检测C3H/HeJ和C3H/SW小鼠感染EHEC:O157后肾细胞凋亡率,采用SPSS11.0统计软件分析结果。结果C3H/HeJ小鼠肾细胞凋亡率明显高于C3H/SW小鼠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小鼠感染EHEC:O157后肾细胞凋亡与thl4基因突变相关。
Objective To detect apoptosis of renal cells in mice C3H/HeJ and C3H/SW infected with EHEC: O157 and to search for the effect of mutation of gene th14 on apoptosis of renal cells. Methods The apoptosis of renal cells in mice infected with EHEC: O157 was detected by Flow Cytometry Method (FCM). The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 10. 0 software. Results The apoptosis rate of renal cells in C3H/HeJ mice was faster than that in C3H/SW mice. And the difference was significant. Conclusions The apoptosis of renal cells in mice infected with EHEC:O157 was associated with mutation of gene th14.
