摘要
任何一个加工企业的运行方式都为:原材料经过一定的加工工艺生产出增值的成品,实际就是物料在企业流转并增值的过程,所以我们就可以以物料控制为管理中心建立企业管理模式。
In any fabrication enterprise, the operation is to produce value-increased goods by using certain fabricating process. This is, in fact, the process in which raw material is value-increased in transfer process in one enterprise. Thus, the mode with material control as the center can be build to reach the objective of administration.
