摘要
本文介绍了以甲醇+水为流动相,采用C18不锈钢柱,230nm检测波长,对混剂中稻瘟灵和异稻瘟净进行液相色谱定量分析的方法。该方法稻瘟灵和异稻瘟净的标准偏差分别为0.05、0.03,变异系数分别为0.25%、0.15%,线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9999,平均回收率分别为99.5%、99.8%。
This paper reported a HPLC analytical method for mixture of isoprothiolane and iprobenfos with methanol＋water as mobile phase,C18 column and 230nm wavelength detection. The results showed that the standard deviation were 0.05, 0.03,the coefficients of variation were 0.25%, 0.15%; the linear correlations were 0.999 9, 0.999 9 and the recoveries were 99.5%, 99.8% for isoprothiolane and iprobenfos respectively.
