摘要
本文阐述了德国大学学术组织的发展与历史演变,重点分析了德国大学典型的学术组织结构和20世纪60年代以来德国大学学术组织的创新与改革,总结了从中我们应得到的启示和借鉴。
In this thesis, the academic organic development and historical evolution in German universities are discussed. The typical academic organic structure of German universities and its innovations and reformations are emphatically analyzed, and the inspirations and experiences from these cases are finally summarized.
