摘要
针对当前高校师资队伍评价中的若干问题,从大学文化的视角分析"为什么评"的问题;从评价体系存在的问题分析"评什么";从评价方法的角度提出了"怎样评"的三个转变;并进一步提出用绩效反馈构建动态评价系统的设想,特别强调指出科学评价是促进师资队伍又好又快发展的关键。
Aiming at some problems in the appraisal of the teaching staff in present colleges and universities, this paper analyses "why appraise" from the angle of college culture, "appraise what" from the angle of the existing problems of the appraising system and "how to appraise" from the angle of appraising methods. The paper also proposes establishing a dynamic appraising system by using achievements feedback and especially stresses that scientific appraisal is the key to better and faster construct the teaching staff.
