摘要
2008年5月12日,四川省汶川县发生8.0级特大地震,引发大量崩塌、滑坡等次生灾害,造成十余万人员伤亡、数以百万计的房屋损毁、大量基础设施破坏,经济损失极其巨大。文章分析了在"5.12"地震中损失最严重的北川县城遭受重创的原因,认为地质条件的不适宜性和规划选址欠科学造成县城安全存在较大隐患是主要原因;论述了工程地质工作对城乡规划的重要作用,提出了城乡规划工程地质工作的基本思路。认为工程地质工作是城乡规划的基础,城乡规划从总体规划和选址阶段就应该开展工程地质工作,研究规划区的地质安全性,做到科学规划、合理布局。
At May 12,2008, a huge earthquake happened in Wenchuan county slide and collapse caused by the earthquake, more than 100 thousands casualties, mi ,S lli ichuan province. There are a lot of ons construction and a mass of basal establishment destroyed in the earthquake. This paper analyse the causation why Beichuan county have such a calamitous destroys in "5.12" earthquake, the main cause is unsuited geological condition bring on the unsafety of Beichuan county. Discuss the effect of geological engineering on urban and rural planning. Put forward the main way of geological engineering for urban and rural planning. It is considered that the geological engineering is the base of urban and rural planning,it is necessary to do geological engineering from master plan and ground - selecting, research the security of plan area, do the scientific plan and suitable layout.
