摘要 在AOD炉溅渣过程中,喷枪枪位直接影响溅渣护炉的效果,调整喷枪枪位可有效的对AOD炉炉衬侵蚀严重的部位进行补救。激光测厚仪可以有效的实现AOD炉炉衬工作层厚度的检测,进而获得炉衬侵蚀情况的信息。在此基础上,开发的喷枪枪位自动控制专家系统,在进行最佳枪位溅渣护炉的同时还可以自动调节枪位对耳轴、渣线等腐蚀严重的部位进行喷溅补炉。此系统为喷枪自动控制奠定了基础。 Spray lance heigh direct impact slag splashing effect during slag splashing in AOD, the spot which is corroded seriously could be recoveried effectively by adjusting the spray lance height. The examination of work level thickness could be done effectively by the laser thickness gauge,then we can obtain the information of furnace lining corrosion situation. Therefore, an expert system controlling spray lance height automatically was developed to splash with best gun position while it can control gun position automatically ,and carry on the splattering fettling on the slag line or the corroded serious spots , which laid a foundation to the spray gun automatic control.
