模糊逻辑推理系统在目标毁伤分析中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目标毁伤分析是C3I系统的一个重要组成部分,在作战指挥决策中是决定是否对目标实施第二次打击的主要判据。定义了目标毁伤的量化等级,讨论了目标毁伤评判特征参量的选取规则和目标毁伤函数的建立规则,建立了目标易损性计算模型以及简化的毁伤树,进而得到目标毁伤程度,为作战提供有效的指挥决策信息。 Target destruction analysis is an important component of C^3I system and a main criterion in making command decision of carrying out the second strike on the target or not. The quantitative level for target destruction estimation is defined at first. Then we discussed the rules for selecting characteristic parameters of target destruction estimation, and the rules for establishing target destruction estimation functions. At last, the target vulnerability model and simplified damage tree are built up. Thus the damage grades can be obtained, which can supply useful information for valid command and decision-making.
